Misha Mansoor Talks Guitars, Career with Andertons Music
12月 3, 2015
During a recent visit to the U.K., Periphery’s Misha Mansoor stopped by Andertons Music for a clinic and a chat with Lee Anderton, a.k.a. “The Captain.”
The hour-long interview covered a variety of subjects, including the times when he took piano lessons as a kid to how he used money from his bar mitzvah to buy his first set of drums and his first guitar.
Of course, Mansoor also touched on his signature Jackson guitars, a project that took about two-and-a-half years to complete.
“I was adamant that every guitar had to be something that I could play live,” Mansoor said. “It had to be my guitar, no compromises. These feel extremely consistent with the guitars I play live.”
